Order Acceptance
Your order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation from Supreme Fabrics, either an email or an on-screen confirmation after checkout, along with a system-generated order number.
Order Cancellation
Supreme Fabrics reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to: items being out of stock at the time of processing, a technical error in order placement, suspicious order history, articles found defective during quality control, an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or email, a pricing error, or a declined card payment. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed or shipped.
Delays
We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, Supreme Fabrics will not be liable for any delay in pick-up, transport, or delivery of an order, regardless of the cause. We are also not liable if an order is lost, damaged, mis-delivered, out of stock, cancelled, or not delivered due to circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God such as earthquake, storm, or flood, or any other force majeure event beyond our reasonable control.
Order Placement & Payment
Payments can be made through the methods available on our website or by bank transfer. We cannot guarantee the availability of every product ordered; if an item is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative of the same price range. Cash on Delivery within Pakistan is available for orders up to PKR [amount]; orders above this may require advance payment. If we receive no confirmation from you where required, the order may be cancelled without notice.
Delivery Timeline
During normal days, local delivery within Pakistan usually takes [3–5] working days and international delivery [14–16] working days. Timelines may extend during sale periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
